Hartland, like several of the towns we have visited so far, has no Catholic church. It’s quite a bit bigger than Sandgate – about ten times bigger, but it still only has about 3,400 residents. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, so most things were closed, including the town hall, dubbed Damon Hall. But we stopped anyway and took a peak at the outside of the building, and then headed home. I did some searching and found a neat page about the history of Hartland, Vermont which I’ve linked to here.
